At Amia Wear Shop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because we use an international dropshipping fulfillment model, our refund and return policy follows specific guidelines.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Return Policy.
We work with international fulfillment partners to ship your orders. Some issues are handled through our fulfillment provider’s dispute system.
All refund, replacement, and return requests must be submitted to us first. We will handle the dispute with the fulfillment provider on your behalf.
1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled only before they are processed by our fulfillment partner.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Customized or made-to-order products cannot be canceled after payment.
2. Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Clear photos or videos showing the damage
- Your order number
We will offer one of the following:
- A replacement
- A partial refund
- A full refund (for severely damaged items)
Please note:
- Minor packaging damage alone does not qualify for a refund.
- Slight wrinkles, small scratches, or minor cosmetic imperfections are not considered damage.
3. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive
- Wrong item sent
- Wrong color or size sent
- Missing product from order
- You'd offer: replacement or refund

- Your order number
We will offer:
- A replacement
- A refund (full or partial depending on the case)
4. Returns
· Due to our international dropshipping model, we do not accept physical product returns.
Instead, we offer the following solutions for eligible cases:
- Full refund to your original payment method is eligible cases (for defective/damaged items)
- Replacement product shipped at no additional cost
- Partial refund (depending on the issue)
- Dispute resolution (with photo evidence)
All requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery with photo/video evidence.
5. Time Limit for Claims
All claims for refunds, replacements, or missing/damaged items must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Requests submitted after 14 days cannot be accepted.
6. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes
- Customs inspections or delays
- Courier or postal service disruptions
7. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
- Buyer’s change of mind or dislike of the product
- Incorrect size or product ordered by the customer
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Subjective issues such as smell or appearance or color
- Differences disclosed in advance
- Tracking issues caused by postal services
- Packages delayed, returned, or destroyed due to customs clearance failure by the buyer
8. Defective or Faulty Products
If your item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue that becomes apparent during normal use, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect
- Description of the issue
- Your order number
We will offer one of the following:
- A replacement
- A full refund
- A partial refund (depending on the severity of the defect)
Examples of defects include:
- Broken zippers, buttons, or closures
- Seams coming apart during normal wear
- Material defects (holes, tears not caused by misuse)
- Product not functioning as described
This does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse or improper care
- Issues caused by washing/drying contrary to care instructions
9. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or video evidence
- Date of delivery
We respond within 24–48 business hours.
10. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
11. High-Value Items
For high-value returns intended for restocking:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping unless agreed otherwise
- Inspection and restocking fees may apply
12. Regional Consumer Rights
Customers in certain regions may have additional rights under local consumer protection laws that cannot be limited by this policy. Nothing in this Refund & Return Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer in your jurisdiction.
