Shipping Policy
We ship internationally to the United States and Europe.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery Time
Because we work with international suppliers, delivery usually takes 6–12 business days after your order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs of 8 USD are calculated and shown at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery from no reply e mail - support@amiawearshop.com
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
Orders are lacking tracking information, in transit, pending, expired 60 days after orders departed from warehouse. Following countries and shipping methods may be different. For orders shipped to the USA, it will be counted 45 days after orders departed from warehouse..
Notes:
Sometimes, the order had arrived at the nearest post office to the buyer and make it pending because of insufficient address, package unclaimed, no such number, etc. It will be much more convenient for clients to contact local post office or go to the post office for delivery.
Orders not Received.
Shop will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered.
- If Your customer do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary.
-Tracking information alert. The tracking information shows Alert, the reasons are listed as below:
a) Incorrect/insufficient address.
b) No such number.
c) Unknown recipient.
d) Refused.
e) Do not pick up in time.
f) No safe delivery location.
g) Uncleared customs.
h) Others.
Notes:
a. The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, Customer need to pick up the package by themselves. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, our logistics company. During the return, shop takes no responsibility if products have been lost.
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AmiaWear Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.
